A highly successful, global, Mayfair based private equity firm is looking for a highly organised, driven, polished, German speaking Team Assistant/ Team PA to support a small, highly dynamic team of investment professionals from Partner to Associate level.

This is a very traditional Team PA role which requires a German speaking Team Assistant / Team PA with a demonstrable background in providing extensive inbox and diary management and booking comprehensive travel itineraries across multiple time-zones as this is a core part of your role. Additionaly your problem solving skills will be required in order to keep your team abreast of their ever-changing schedules whilst also handling certain personal matters on their behalf. It is important to note that out-of-hours support is quite infrequent.

The role offers scope to utilise your German language skills with daily interaction across your team, colleagues and clients therefore it is imperative you can display a professional manner at all times, in person, on the phone and via email. If you are an experienced administrative Team PA with perfect fluency in German and keen to join a dynamic, fast-paced international private equity environment then this could be a great career opportunity! Profile

  • First class written and verbal communications skills in German and English
  • Previous experience working as a Team Secretary / Team Assistant/ Team PA / PA / Senior Secretary in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, reliable, flexible, diligent, discreet
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrable experience of multiple inbox and diary management and extensive international travel booking across various time-zones
  • Able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
  • Excellent secretarial skills including typing, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and numerical skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
