Incredible creative hub seeks a stand-out Temp Communications Assistant/Administrator

Working for a famous and highly regarded creative organisation run by exceptional people in their field, offices set in an enviable Kensington location. Their fund-raising and events team are seeking an experienced Administrator/Communications Assistant to help them out during a very busy 2 months.

They have a vast amount of prestigious events and projects coming up over the summer and they need back-office support to help everything run seamlessly. The day-to-day duties will include but not limited to; managing membership renewals, speaking to donors, managing lines of communications, helping with fund-raising strategies, processing donations, collating information for mail-outs, assisting with event coordination and general office admin such as writing letters, scanning, uploading data onto Excel and more.

The ideal candidate must have solid admin experience, ideally in fund-raising or events but this is not essential. To succeed in this role you must have exceptional attention to detail, very strong communication skills, excellent telephone manner, used to working at a fast-pace, be a team player, be familiar with Excel and writing formal letters and happy to be handed tasks at any level. Working under the guidance of a wonderful team, you will learn a vast amount from them.

You need to be immediately available and able to commit until the end of August This is a temporary role at this stage but could also be a great opportunity to prove yourself and a potential foot in the door to an established and leading organisation.
