Matchstick are currently recruiting for a PA to CEO/Office Manager for a luxury brand based in Fulham.  The role will be on a 3 month fixed term contract initially.  

The role will consist of PA duties such as travel and accommodation arrangements for the office, managing a complex diary, minute taking, managing credit card statements and expenses.  You will also be required to cover the reception desk when needed (sickness, holiday and lunch breaks).  Office Manager duties will be part of this role such as, managing facilities budget, oversee day to day running of the office and acting as the line manager for 2 members of the team.  

You must have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint), experience in managing staff would be extremely beneficial and the ability to juggle a complex workload!
