Our client, a hugely successful global advisory firm in the West End is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide additional support.

Duties will include:

  • Experience with complex diary management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Ensuring the office is tidy at all times
  • Responsible for meeting room management (VC calls)
  • Setting up and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing presentations, agendas and documents for meetings
  • Handling any incoming calls and correspondence accordingly
  • Ordering office supplies and stationary
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assisting with projects

You must be pro-active, hard working and adaptable as you will be working in a fast paced environment, dealing with ever changing requirements and tight deadlines.

You will be organised and have excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and oral, with a strong IT proficiency and the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.

You will be a team player and willing to help out around you.

You will have at least 3-5 years previous solid experience, degree educated would be an advantage but not essential.
