My client, a leading Executive Search consultancy based near Westminster is looking to give an opportunity to a recent graduate, or someone early in their career for their Project Management scheme.  What is Executive Search? There are many different terms you’ll find in recruitment.  This is more research based than other styles of recruiting as it works by placing higher-level positions, such as CEO, CFO, COO and upper level management. 

The role:

The role of a Project Manager is part of the operations team, supporting clients and Partners in the firm with the delivery of client assignments and supporting the wider team in their daily tasks.  This role is newly created training position and you will be working alongside one of the firms most impressive Project Managers and the bespoke training offered would be a unique role to be learning from the ‘best’ with the view of developing and becoming a successful Project Manager over time.  Initially you will provide administrative support and taking on ad-hoc tasks, whilst shadowing on senior appointments and liaising directly with clients.
