Receptionist – private medical environment – Harley Street – £24 - £27,000

Professional and welcoming receptionist required for busy role based front of house at a private medical practice located on Harley Street. You will join a warm, friendly team of colleagues and a great company who really value their support staff. This is a fast-paced receptionist role in a fantastic work environment.

The role

You will work alone on reception, closely supported by a friendly administrative team of four. You will work with your colleagues to ensure that HNW clients receive a warm welcome to the company’s beautiful offices

Duties will include:

• Meet and greet
• Book appointments
• Answer calls
• Offer refreshments

The candidate

As this receptionist role is very much focused on client service, this would suit a polished and professional receptionist who is adept at juggling multiple priorities with 2+ years’ prior experience in front of house / receptionist roles. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, polite manner are essential!

Salary

Up to £27,000 depending on experience
