Page Personnel is recruiting for a PA to work for a professional services firm based in the City. This is a 6-8 month contract supporting at Partner level.

Client Details

They are a highly regarded professional services firm based in the City. There are circa 500 based in the office in London, the atmosphere is supportive, but hard working and professional.

Description

You will be responsible for supporting 4 Partners. One is based remotely and one works in London 4 days per week. You will look after their diaries, book travel for them, deal with clients in their absence. There will be a bit of ad hoc support to a team as well but it will predominantly be a role to support the Partners.

Profile

You will:

• Have worked as a PA in a similar role
• Be able to adapt your working style and hit the ground running
• Commit to a 6-8 month contract
• Be confident with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Offer

£30,000 - £34,000 depending on the candidate
