We are looking for a strong Contract Project Manager to join one of our clients on a 6 month FTC to cover a maternity leave. Be involved in the operations team by helping to provide the support that their member companies need. Your role within this team will be crucial and valued!

Who you will be working for

You will be working for this membership organisation who are the voice of the energy sector. Be part of an organisation that are passionate and who act as a strategic focus and channel of communication within this important sector.

What will you be doing?

• You will be coordinating regular contract management meetings with stakeholders, contractors and internal staff including taking minutes and preparing agendas.
• Contract management to ensure they are meeting their SLAs
• Review maintenance and call invoices
• On-boarding of new participants of the service
• Update website to ensure information is correct
• Lead in retendering and renegotiating
• Dealing with enquiries from their members

About you.

This position requires strong administrative and organisation skills to undertake a wide range of support activities. As you will be playing an active role supporting a range of secretariat services, you will need to manage your varied workload by working to tight deadlines, be a strong team player and have good interpersonal skills. You will have project management experience as well as experience in working with contracts. Ability to work on own initiative and to certain deadlines.
