Operations Manager – Serviced Office Group - £35-37k pa – Multi Site London Based

Boutique high-end luxury serviced office group require an operations manager to join the expanding organisation to oversea the running of 4 business centres.

The main areas of management and responsibility are facilities, H&S, Human Resources, Personal Development, client interfacing and retention, removals and renovations.

The company currently has 3 sites based within the city/SE1 and requires an operations manager to oversea the running of each building ensuring high standards are met and this can be achieved by having a super positive attitude, and being the type of individual who inspires and is a natural leader identifying the team’s strengths and developing progression plans for individuals allowing them to take responsibility and ownership for their roles whilst all working towards making the organisation an amazing place to work rather then a great place.

Paying a generous and competitive salary of £35-37k pa.
