French speaking Office Manager required for boutique private family office in Mayfair.

To start ideally by 1st July. You will be responsible for running the day to day office including facilities management, preparation of client invoices, expenses, credit card reconciliations. Extensive knowledge of outlook is required including extensive diary management as well as management of the main Reception area. You will meet and greet guests including preparing meeting rooms and stock management. Duties include collecting the post, couriers and management of deliveries. You will source suppliers and negotiate contracts including liaising with travel agencies and travel service providers including mobile phones and hotel providers, You will also maintain petty cash and log expenditure. Part of your role will be to review and maintain health and safety policies including fire safety procedures  and act as Fire Warden.

The company offer excellent benefits including bonus, benefits and generous holiday. Hours will be 8.30am-5.30pm or 10am-7pm working shifts between the EA and Office Manager.
