Database Specialist
We are looking for a Database Specialist to join this dynamic and exciting global financial services membership organisation on a contract.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a leading global trade organisation. With international offices, their members include trading firms, exchanges and clearing firms from many countries as well as other financial services professionals servicing the industry. The organisation's members play a critical role in the reduction of systemic risk in global financial markets.
What will you be doing?
- Issue and record documents including invoices and payments received
- Create official accounting records
- Chase outstanding invoices
- Database maintenance
- Logging customer and internal support on the database
- Manage committee administration requests
- Help to look after the members email inbox
- Manage and maintain all legal documents
About you?
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Efficient and flexible
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
