We are looking for a hyper organised and personable Graduate to join a fast-growing tech company based in Central London! This role is fantastic for someone who is interested in travel or hospitality and passionate about providing excellent client service.  

You would take on the role of a Customer Success Co-ordinator, responsible for managing client communications and ensuring they receive the best service. The ideal candidate is someone who is energised by a motivated team and happy clients! 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming communications 
  • Developing lasting relationships with customers 
  • Maintaining and updating CRM system on a daily basis 
  • Reviewing and suggesting ways to improve internal processes 
  • Reporting on communication trends to improve efficiency and service 
  • Communicating problems and working with the team to solve them 
  • Collecting customer feedback and communicating new product requirements 
  • Ensuring customer retention and growth 

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally some experience in a customer facing role 
  • Fantastic attention to detail and an analytic mind 
  • Preferably some experience with a CRM
