The organisation offers Pension guidance by providing information related to work place and personal issues, Money guidance by giving information on daily finance management and Debt advice by aiding people with free consultations and help with debt related issues

Your new role

The Pensions Dashboard Industry Delivery Group are seeking a Business Support Manager/Personal Assistant to aid with administrative duties around the office. You will be reporting to the senior management team of five, including the incoming principle by managing diaries and providing business support when needed. You will be tasked with organising and scheduling meetings at the highest level, prepare meeting agendas, perform research and briefings for meetings and take detailed minutes with follow up action points.

Additionally, you will manage the booking of business travel arrangements, including transportation, and accommodation for the Senior Management Team (SMT) and other staff members and liaising with key stakeholders regarding meetings and scheduling on behalf of the CEO/Directors. You will need to be flexible for other ad-hoc duties, such as covering reception and answering phones where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have a positive communications style and be a strong team player with experience as an Executive Assistant to Director and senior management level. You will have extensive diary management skills as you will be managing the diaries and schedules of the Pensions Dashboard Industry Delivery Group as directed.

You must have a proven track record of excellent scheduling, planning and time management. You will have excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement. You must be self-motivated, pro-active and use initiative to deliver a first-class secretariat support to the Incoming Principal and rest of the team. You will be confident in senior level, committee level minute taking. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the financial and Public-Sector landscape.
