Project Team Assistant

We are looking for a switched on Project Assistant to work for a global FTSE corporate company.

Tasks will include:

Receive, assess and log (sporadic) information from client
Disseminate information to design team
Track progress and chase response
Check quality of output and reissue information
Track client responses and update various trackers
Potential updating of document or typing of comments log
Potential assistance in meeting organisation, booking and minutes recording

Skills and attributes:

Reliable and committed

Communication and writing skills

Must have experience using; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Aconex

Desirable experience: Visio

Must be immediately available
