A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a bright and hands on bi-lingual French Team Assistant to join this very successful boutique investment firm headed up by two UHNW high profile individuals extremely successful in their field. The team is multi national; French, Italian, Polish, English & work together as a collaborative unit.

The role is wide and a top learning curve for an individual with 2 years+ experience within a London office or professional services firm and wanting the next step.  Good career opportunities for the future.

Meeting and greeting clients, fielding calls, and preparing of invoices and dealing with expenses for the team + assisting with travel, itineraries, currency & meetings. Supporting the two Founding Partners' EA's with overflow work when required which will include travel and itineraries, diary management and assisting with some office management duties to include stationery, dealing with suppliers, troubleshooting and general administration.

You will be numerate with good excel and IT skills.  A friendly and helpful person with a positive and collaborative manner of working.  The team are very friendly, supportive and successful and this is an outstanding chance to grow in experience and stature gaining top skills.

You must be have a high level of French and English (lots of liaison with France and French documents) as well as an excellent standard of English both written and spoken.  Most of the office are bi-lingual French.
