EA/Chief of Staff/Estates Manager- UHNW Central London & Country Estate & International
A role has arisen for an energised and experienced Chief of Staff with the main focus being on the running and maintenance of property & management of household staff together with financial matters involving this. Excellent numeracy skills and able o support this dynamic individual in the running of his personal affairs and liaising with a multitude of suppliers, staff and colleagues both in London, the country estate & his international properties. The Principal has wide interests and large business concerns on an international level. This individual has extremely high standards and requests and will keep you on your toes at all times, from finding a helicopter at late notice to scrutinizing contracts and properties, paying bills, monthly reports and dealing with purchases, art collection, private events & parties and being a lynch pin in his life. A CV demonstrating working at this level is essential and the possibilities for growth in this role from your current position as you will have interesting exposure to a different and interesting lifestyle. A top understanding of VIP household matters as well as various professional services the Principal will be dealing with. Able to deal with multiple UHNW residences and a plethora of household staff (25+)and have the background working at this level is essential to be considered for this role
Another European language (Italian would be perfect) would be a major plus. You will work within a highly professional team both within an office structure and within residences both in UK and Europe.
There is a possibility of travel also in the future. A person with a positive and can do attitude is essential, educated, well presented and spoken with an appreciation of the arts and a good world overview. Committed and able to travel is essential. A top communicator who leads by example
The role would also fit an individual who has been an EA to an UHNW and looked after multiple properties (including international) and household staff/art and high level purchases.
