Receptionist with administrative duties – £24,000 to £26,000 – 6 month FTC

Excellent opportunity for a bright receptionist who is looking to work FOH in a corporate environment – you will work in a team of 2 on reception and be involved in general administrative duties. This is an established and successful boutique investment company – clients are HNWI and you will work as part of a busy team so good training will be provided.

The role

This is an excellent introduction to working in a busy receptionist / support role. Duties are varied and will include:

  • Answering phones, directing calls and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting external guests – arranging breakfasts, lunches and refreshments
  • Meeting room management – setting up / clearing meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are fully stocked
  • General office administration – ordering supplies, couriers, managing post and maintaining a tidy reception / office area

The role

This will suit a bright, professional and enthusiastic individual who is happy working in a small reception team and is willing to get involved with administrative duties for the wider team. Lots of exposure across the business and a young, sociable environment.

Salary 

  • £24,000 - £26,000
  • 6 month fixed-term contract
  • Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
