Accounts Payable Administrator – 6 month contract

Our client, based in brand new offices in the City currently has a new opening for an Accounts Payable Administrator to come on board on a six month contract which may well be extended.

Your day to day duties will consist of:

  • Processing invoices.
  • Running payment runs.
  • Reconcile assets monthly.
  • Handle expense claims.
  • Assisting with VAT and Management Accounts.
  • Prepare reports when requested.
  • Handle queries.
  • Deal with staff pensions, season ticket loans and loans.
  • Ad-hoc projects.

 

  • The ideal candidate will  have previous relevant experience within a financial organisation such as banking.
  • Excellent excel skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work well to deadlines.
  • Able to work in a team as well as being responsible for own workload.
  • Enthusiastic and self-start.
