Accounts Payable Administrator – 6 month contract
Our client, based in brand new offices in the City currently has a new opening for an Accounts Payable Administrator to come on board on a six month contract which may well be extended.
Your day to day duties will consist of:
- Processing invoices.
- Running payment runs.
- Reconcile assets monthly.
- Handle expense claims.
- Assisting with VAT and Management Accounts.
- Prepare reports when requested.
- Handle queries.
- Deal with staff pensions, season ticket loans and loans.
- Ad-hoc projects.
- The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience within a financial organisation such as banking.
- Excellent excel skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Able to work well to deadlines.
- Able to work in a team as well as being responsible for own workload.
- Enthusiastic and self-start.
