I am looking for a marketing administrator that has exp of coordinating and supporting campaigns within a digital/offline environment. You would be the first point of contact between the digital marketing team and the design team.

Duties
- Co-ordinates the allocation of all work for the design team and reviews progress regularly with the team
- Participates in the planning of substantial cross-department projects and ensures that project briefs and intended timescales are captured
- Ensures that projects are set up correctly in the workflow management system, with all relevant information captured
- Ensures that project and task deadlines are being met through continuous review with teams and escalates issues for resolution in a timely manner
- Reports to stakeholders across the Marketing department on the progress of all live projects and highlights any constraints and pinch points
- Co-ordinates the process of uploading and tagging digital assets centrally on relevant systems and ensures the systems are kept up-to-date
- Ensures that digital assets are GDPR compliant as necessary
- Trains and supports stakeholders in how to upload, tag, search and download digital assets
- Uploads web, campaign or intranet content on an ad-hoc basis
- Supports major campaigns with occasional data maintenance, analytics or other admin support
- Co-ordinates the ordering of promotional materials and merchandise
- Maintains relationships with key external suppliers
- Uploads invoices on behalf of group-facing teams (digital, design, comms)
- Oversees the management of external mailboxes
- Provides any insight that can help with the operational efficiency of the department
- Helps ensure that any lessons learned are incorporated into systems and processes
Key skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365
- Skilled super user of Wrike or similar workflow management platform
- Demonstrable experience of co-ordinating workloads
- Some experience of marketing automation and/or web content management systems (eg
- Sitecore), plus Email delivery systems (eg Click Dimensions, Dotmailer, Mailchimp, iContact) would be desirable
- Ability to participate actively in team meetings and report on project status, issue tracking and lessons learned
- Devising and designing new processes to continually improve the process of workload coordination within the team
