Successful, well-established Trader/Broker firm based in stunning, landmark offices in the heart of the city.

Super-organised individual needed to support a fast-paced team of Traders / Brokers, in a role you can really make your own
THE PERSON:
Capable, hard worker with excellent organisational skills - you will have an interest in the stock market and a desire to support a busy equity sales team. Experience supporting busy senior level executives within a professional services firm, ideally financial services:

THE CLIENT:

DUTIES:
Super-organised individual needed to support a fast-paced team of Traders / Brokers, in a role you can really make your own
- Managing global travel across multiple time zones, organising meetings/conferences/events/functions, subject to change at short notice
- Maintain and update client information in CRM system
- Organise and set up meetings/conference calls/webinars in a fast-paced working environment
- Process expenses via online system, review and approve team expenses
- Attend client meetings, build relationships with clients and analysts
- Collating sales figures via CRM and reporting back to senior management
- Follow US Markets and produce charts using Bloomberg system
THE PERSON:
Capable, hard worker with excellent organisational skills - you will have an interest in the stock market and a desire to support a busy equity sales team. Experience supporting busy senior level executives within a professional services firm, ideally financial services:
- Able to think on their feet and use initiative
- Excellent MS Office and IT skills
- Graduate - ideally a 2:1 or above
- Excellent attention to detail
