Our client, a contractor based in South West London, are looking for a motivated and dedicated Office Administrator to join their team. The role is incredibly varied and includes:

• Assisting the Office Manager
• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office
• Arranging travel and accommodation for staff
• Producing, ordering, laminating and printing site signage
• Assisting the team on an ad-hoc basis
• Creating operation and maintenance manuals for clients

This would be a great job for someone who has excellent organisation and administration skills as well as a strong numeracy understanding.
