One of our clients, an Investment Company based in Central London, are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their busy team and offer support in various areas.

Duties will include but will not be restricted to:
• Managing diaries and travel
• Managing all administration, expenses etc.
• HR duties
• Scheduling with EA’s across time zones 
•  Managing all onboarding 
• Organising events

The ideal candidate for this role must have experience working as an EA, having organised events and assisted with HR, along with excellent communication and organisation skills. You must be able to multi task and manage your time efficiently whilst being able to work independently and from your own initiative.
