One of our clients, a luxury fine Jewels company based in Central London, are seeking someone to manage the Front of House and be PA to the Director of the company. This will be a largely varied role and duties will include, but in no way will be restricted to:

• Providing general administrative support to the Director at the Office
• Running errands and carrying our personal duties for the Director and their family
• Managing the diary, meetings and all domestic and international travel arrangements
• Organising events, liaising with caterers, florists, etc.
• Answering the telephone and door and meeting and greeting clients
• Assisting with other team members on an ad hoc basis and maintaining the smooth running of the office

Being fluent in French would be an advantage.The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a PA/EA to a senior individual in a  high pressured experience. You must have high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement. You must be flexible with your hours and be prepared to work and answer calls as and when required.
