Our client is a global strategy consulting firm and is seeking a talented Presentations Operator to join their Creative Services Team in their beautiful offices based in the West End. This new part-time role will be working three days a week Monday – Wednesday 09.30am – 5.30pm on an ongoing temporary basis.  Working as part of a small, friendly team you will liaise closely with clients to produce high-end corporate presentation materials using corporate branding guidelines as well as creating functional, bespoke presentations and documents. Confidently communicating in a professional and helpful manner, you will take responsibility for the execution and deliverance of all output. You will be proactive with ensuring the deliverance of materials to agreed deadlines and managing the client’s requirements with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Skills

• 3+ years experience working in a corporate organisation
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word and Excel)  
• Experience of creating PowerPoint Presentations and Word Documents within the professional services industry
• Excellent customer service skills, confident to liaise with all levels in the company to the highest levels of professionalism
• Possesses a critical eye in terms of accuracy with excellent proofing skills
• A flexible approach to working  
• A ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in order to see a project completed
• Someone who can work on their own initiative needing little direction
