Candidate Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced and professional Candidate Co-ordinator/Resourcer to join our team here at Crone Corkill!

As a Candidate Co-ordinator/Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet our clients' needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.

The role will be paying £25,000-£28,000pa, plus a very attractive monthly commission scheme.

Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:

-Candidate sourcing and generation on a daily basis
-Generating 8-10 candidates a week minimum
-Carrying out full registration of candidates on a daily basis
-Network and advertise to potential candidates
-Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
-Coordinating and Managing all candidate generation campaigns etc. graduate schemes, secretarial college days
-Candidate marketing projects on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
-Candidate events on a quarterly basis
-Generating leads from candidates
-Following up on referrals and new candidate initiatives
-Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.

Candidate Co-ordinator/Resourcer requirements and qualifications:

-Previous experience in a Resourcer/Recruitment support role
-Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
-Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
-Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
