Our client is a specialised consultancy focusing solely on legal matters on behalf of high profile, international organisations. They are looking for a part-time Receptionist with good administration skills to join ASAP.

The hours are:
Wednesday: 10:00 – 17:00
Thursday and Friday: 8:30 – 15:30.

The team in London are incredibly hard working but also very sociable and friendly. They offer excellent benefits including an annual discretionary bonus and private health insurance to name a few.

They have a full-time receptionist and another part time receptionist, so this role will work in tandem with them.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing two meeting rooms, making sure they are set up for meetings which include Skypes and VC’s.
  • Booking lots of international travel with the assistance of a travel agent. Double checking details and making sure travel itinerary and logistics are correct.
  • Meeting and greeting guests. 
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating the database, formatting presentations, printing, binding, scanning etc.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc office duties.

Skills and attributes required for the role:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • A warm, approachable and welcoming manner.
  • The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team and be willing to support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary.
