Team Assistant

A brand new Team Assistant role is being recruited for a fantastic boutique bank based in the heart of the City. The role will be looking after a team of 8-9 people within IBD duties include Diary management, meetings, expenses, travel when required, CRM experience ideal.

Looking for a confident Team Assistant who has worked within the Investment sector and for smaller investment firms.  This is a great opportunity for starting ASAP. 

Looking for a bright and hardworking Assistant who has a strong work ethic, organised nature as well as being a real team player and very friendly.  You will be able to work in an efficient manner and understand how to prioritise your workload. You will be based in lovely offices near to St Paul's, this Bank offers superb benefits once perm and a good bonus structure. 

The role will be hired on a temp to perm basis.
