One of our private clients based in the city require a legal filing clerk/administrator who can also carry out some Private PA to work for the Director of a Law firm. Ideally you will have experience in the legal and private sector. The split is 70% business and 30% private. The role will predominantly be based in the office but you will need to travel to St Albans, Hertfordshire, 1 day per week to assist the family with their private life. The office work will comprise of filing, admin and typing dictation.

  • Calendar management
  • Administration and filing
  • Typing, dictation
  • Email management
  • Arranging events
  • Running errands
  • Filing
  • Admininstration
  • Private diary management for the children and organising activities etc
  • Personal filing and admin

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
