EA/Business Assistant - Entrepreneurial Consumer Brand

They also really invest in their staff providing mentoring and coaching in order to develop your career.  Working for a dynamic and inspirational boss, this Chief of Staff will be fully involved with the vision for the business, managing and driving an efficient working system and ensuring there is a clear purpose.  They will also be involved in organising large scale client events as well as big projects such as an office move.  This chief of staff will manage a small team and will very much champion the office culture which is very positive and great fun.  The ideal candidate will have with around 5 years’ relevant experience supporting at senior level within a startup/entrepreneurial/evolving environment from industries such as brands/retail/restaurants or tech as well as proven ability to drive things through to completion.   Previous experience managing others, organising large fun events and overseeing projects such as an office move is essential.
