Leading engineering firm, with outstanding offices near Kings Cross and Caledonian Road London, require an experienced permanent part time Credit Controller to join their busy, yet very friendly, finance team. You will be working within a small team and fully responsible for the cash collection for a portfolio of clients within the UK. The part time hours required are 16 hours per a week and there is a level of flexibility regarding your working pattern to what suits you.
Duties : Part Time Credit Controller:
- Cash collection via telephone, email and fax.
- Sending monthly statements and managing the debtors report
- Ledger management and supporting and covering colleague when required.
- Opening new accounts
- Controlling query management
- Monthly reporting and cash forecasting
- Agreeing due balances every month.
- Creating monthly aged debtors report for management meeting
- Assist Finance Manager & Assistant accountant where necessary
Part time Credit Control Skills & experience:
- You will be an experienced Credit Controller who has gained solid credit control experience
- Strong communication and numerical skills required. Able to meet deadlines and enjoy working within a genuine team environment.
