An international tech company in West London are looking for a personable and motivated Office Coordinator to join their team. They have stunning offices, an excellent culture and great benefits.
The Role
This Office Coordinator role is a varied position, in which you will provide support across the team, liaising with all functions and levels of seniority. Key responsibilities will include: 
  • Office management; maintaining supplies, health and safety
  • First point of contact; meet and greet visitors
  • Ad-hoc PA duties for the Founding Partners
  • Admin support for HR/ People team
The Candidate
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic people-person to join a great team. You will have proven office experience, or be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills.
You must be personable and communicative, and able to work on your own initiative.
