This is an amazing opportunity for a Private Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high net worth individual in Central London, with regular international travel to multiple international properties and offices. The principal has a varied portfolio of businesses on a global scale and is looking for first-class support to manage all of their private matters, as well as some business assistance.

Working collaboratively with a team of PAs based locally and internationally, you will ensure that everything in the principal’s private life runs smoothly, overseeing multiple properties and tenants, managing complex and very frequent travel, and ever-changing schedules, and ensuring that any hurdles are always overcome efficiently and effectively.

The role will be a combination of working from home and from the family office in London - you will also travel with the principal occasionally.

Attention to detail is incredibly important, as well as a sense of urgency and a high level of discretion.

This role is flexible hours, with 24/7 availability on-call required.

  • Complex diary management: prioritising and scheduling meetings, and appointments across different time zones.
  • Organising travel, accommodation, visas, transportation, and transfers – including private jets and commercial flights.
  • Overseeing properties, including tenanted properties and household staff.
  • Management of correspondence and inbox
  • Liaison with all staff internationally, including household staff and other PAs – building excellent working relationships.
  • Liaison with suppliers and contractors – maintaining and building relationships.
  • Travelling with the principal on occasion internationally.
  • Liaising with the principal’s family to ensure everyone is aware of their schedule and commitments.
  • Run errands and personal shopping when required.
  • Other administrative and organisational duties on request.
  • Flexibility to be on-call and travel with short notice.

  • Prior Private PA experience or corporate PA experience.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be succinct and to the point.
  • Professional, loyal and hardworking.
  • Strong organisational skills, common sense and an eye for detail are essential.
  • Articulate and well-presented – an ambassador for the principal at all times.
  • Calm with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, be proactive and demonstrate self-initiative.
  • A self-starter who will go above and beyond to get the job done.
  • A team player who is willing to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously.
  • Brilliant checkable references are an absolute must.
