Office Assistant - Creative Advertising Agency

My client, an exciting global advertising agency, based in the heart of central London, are looking for a brilliant, self-starter to join their team as an Office Assistant! Based in a buzzy, fun office environment with amazing perks, you will be supported by a friendly team and surrounded by talented creatives.

As Office Assistant, you will work with the wider Support Team to help ensure the office is running smoothly. You could be handling anything and everything from meeting and greeting clients and assisting with set-ups and bookings, to setting up new-joiner packs or booking catering. You will be the ‘go to’ for anything that will help ensure the office is running as effectively as possible so should be willing to get stuck-in and proactively offer help where you can see a need. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in the industry as you will support a senior EA and will get excellent exposure to the admin side as well as getting involved in budget management, liaising with teams to ensure they have everything they need, managing diaries and more. This is a varied, entry-level role which will open doors for a superstar who is willing to learn and wants to grow!

You will be confident, approachable and ambitious with excellent organisation and time management, the ability to work on your own initiative and top class communication.
