What you’ll do:

An fantastic opportunity for a proactive and motivated HR Administrator to support the HR Operations team which service within a City based Investment Bank. In a client-facing role, the successful HR Administrator will be providing HR transactional support to all UK employees. This role involves extensive relationship management, ensuring that you take ownership of all tasks and accountability.

Duties will include;
 
  • Action and respond to requests from managers, employees and HRBP’s
  • Managing a centralised mailbox for HR queries and escalating where necessary
  • Document management within HR services including scanning, filing and archiving
  • Preparing contracts for new hires, offer packs and right to work checks
  • Admin support for senior members of the management team including processing meeting requests
  • Assisting the Learning and Development Team to arrange training events and ensuring all logistics and training materials are arranged
  • Process HR invoices and reconciling against the budget
  • Data management ensuring employees information is kept up to date
  • Assisting the Learning and Development Team to arrange training events and ensuring all logistics and training materials are arranged (i.e. room booking, refreshments, stationary, booklets etc.)
  • Being contact for candidate arrival for training courses and escorting the groups to their training
 

What you’ll need:

 
The ideal candidate will ideally have some HR experience or be studying and working towards CIPD. It’s essential that the HR administrator has proven experience working in a detail orientated, pressurised and process driven role previously, ideally within a banking or financial services.

  • A proactive and motivated approach.
  • The ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly
  • A structured and logical approach to work
  • The ability to manage large workloads ensuring tight deadlines are met
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A calm approach, with the ability to perform well in a pressurised environment
