A fabulous, boutique and ever-expanding oil and gas company is looking for proactive PA to join their successful team in the heart the West End. The successful candidate will be working alongside a senior level Executive Assistant to support the President of the Oil and Gas Division in London as well as working with an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and General Counsel. 
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a busy PA role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
Assist the Executive Assistant with extensive and complex travel arrangements, including preparing itineraries.
Handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
File and retrieve documents and project reference material in a quick and efficient manner.
Maintain physical and electronic files in a highly organised way.
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning and emailing documents to the EA to President when required.
Conducting research and carrying out ad-hoc projects at the request of the President.
Assist the EA to the President with organising four high-level overseas Board meetings annually.
Meeting and greeting visitors and preparing conferences.
Various ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office including running errands at the request of the President and gift sourcing.
Providing holiday cover for both EA to President and EA to VP & GC.

Primary - President of the Group
Secondary -Vice President and General Counsel

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Interpersonal Qualities Required:
University graduate preferable, but not essential.
Experience with providing support at a senior level.
Good IT proficiency and IT system skills (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Adept at problem solving and troubleshooting.
Ability to prioritise and remain well organised.
Conscientious about meeting task deadlines.
Proactive with a can-do attitude even when dealing with (on occasion) mundane tasks (extremely important).
Ability to multi-task and work in an, at times, stressful and fast-paced working environment.
Calm and extremely professional when under pressure.
Discerning - will have access to highly confidential and sensitive information
Ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Flexible and, on occasion, willing to work outside of office hours.
Possesses a positive and energized outlook.
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.

Previous similar experience is essential, as is a positive, can-do attitude paired with a strong work ethic. Other essential skills include attention to detail and discreetness in handling highly sensitive documentation and emails. This an interesting role which is a good mix of general day-to-day PA duties as well as undertaking corporate and personal projects at the request of the President. The successful candidate will have worked as a PA previously for at least 5 years and looking to enhance their C-suite exposure. 
 
Salary: Up to £45k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
