Fast expanding UK law firm is looking to hire a new Legal Secretary to work in their established Family department, where you will be supporting an incredibly friendly and busy team who represent high net worth individuals, on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include extensive and complex diary management, liaising with clients in the absence of fee earners and ensuring you have an understanding of your fee earners’ work, producing high quality documents and correspondence, creating bundles with minimal supervision, handling dictation requests, maintaining and updating files, assisting with billing for the department and any other duties when required.  This department works very much on trust and teamplaying – they want someone that can manage the workload, deliver on time but also who likes to take ownership and responsibility of their work with great pride and enthusiasm.  Applicants should be able to provide excellent service to clients, be proficient on the standard Microsoft package, and have experience of working within a Family department in a law firm.
