This global company is headquartered in London and they are looking for an Office Manager who can keep the office running on rails whilst also taking on some meaty HR projects. 

The role will involve managing relationships with their suppliers, liaising with building maintenance, ordering office supplies, answering the phones, paying invoices and organising events, onboarding and supporting new employees, arranging travel and visas for visitors to the office, and working very closely with their inspiring and high-trust HR Director, work on all manner of local and global HR projects designed to streamline their processes as they grow.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a hybrid role of this nature, for someone who thrives on responsibility and a challenge and will embrace the company's mission and goals. Ideally you will have 5 years or more operations or office management experience and be really keen on developing further into HR.
