Are you looking for a new role and maybe a change of industry?
A fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Manager has arisen in a global private Harley Street healthcare practice for a receptionist with front of house management experience.
You will need to provide full administrative support to the patients, consultants and visitors.
You will be heading a friendly and hard-working team and be key to driving the business forward through your customer service and efficiency.
This role is varied and will include:
- To provide a professional and welcoming Front of House service
- To manage and motivate the Front of House team
- To mentor and train staff as required
- Manage the Front of House staff rota, holidays, sickness, absence and organising agency cover when needed
- Liaise with in-house consultants with regards to clinic diary management and patient attendance list for consultations
- Manage the patient’s administrative pathway in the delivery of clinical services
- Deliver the daily, weekly and monthly patient activity targets set by the business
- Input data
- Working with Clinical Services Director to handle complaints
- Ensure that all calls are answered correctly in line with Company procedure
- Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for consultants and patients
- Working with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, ensure all policies and procedures in relation to the daily security are adhered to
- Co-ordinate all post and courier services requirements
- Manage stock of the beverages, newspapers/magazines, plant arrangements
- Ad hoc duties where needed
To be considered for this front of house manager role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience with the below skills:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Previous front of house, reception experience
- Attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Show initiative
Working hours are 2 shifts of 7:30-4pm and 11:30-8pm offering £28,000-£32,000 pa dependant on experience.
