Our client, a boutique investment management firm with offices in the West End, is looking for a bright and ambitious Assistant for its Marketing and Investor Relations Team!

The successful Assistant will be supporting the Marketing Team and the Investor Relations Team. This is a varied role including, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Assisting with the production of marketing materials, including formatting PowerPoint presentations, liaising with compliance, printing and binding etc.
• Organising events/round tables/conferences
• Scheduling investor meetings and marketing road trips, including diary management
• Updating CRM, ensuring data accuracy, running reports etc.
• General office duties e. answering incoming calls, admin support, managing team inbox

The ideal candidate will be bright, switched on and ready to muck in. No task will be too big or too small. Our client is looking for a graduate with some work experience in an office environment and an interest in these fields. Alternatively, you will have finance experience in a support role. You should be proficient in MS Office, have excellent written and verbal skills, and an eye for detail.
