A prestigious US Law Firm based in the heart of the City is looking to hire a new Graduate Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join the London office on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include overseeing the graduate recruitment programmes end-to-end to include all aspects of graduate attraction activity, recruitment and care of trainees throughout their seat rotations and appraisals, making offers and managing candidates post offer, manage the vacation scheme, liaise with universities, coordinating the graduate recruitment events and processes, coordinating marketing support materials, being the point of contact for all student enquiries.  Other duties include being the main point of contact for the Risk and Compliance management software, additional administration support for all training matters in the London office, arranging training courses and away days, booking external courses, booking venues and meeting rooms, arranging external speakers, administering the firm’s CPD programme and assisting with regulatory compliance requirements and maintaining all training needs, facilitating, develop and coordinate in-house and external learning and development activities.  Candidates must have previous experience working in Graduate Recruitment, preferably within a law firm, in addition to strong written, communication and organisational skills.
