VWA is looking to recruit a highly capable and efficient Team Assistant for a Private Equity firm in the heart of the City. The role will be supporting 6 professionals of varying levels of seniority, while also working along x2 other Assistants.

Responsibilities for this Team Assistant position will be varied and requires someone with a flexible nature:

  • Diary management
  • Extensive international travel
  • Expenses management
  • Document preparation
  • Booking meeting rooms where required
  • Charity events work.

As Team Assistant you will be supporting 6 people with different characters and working styles, and therefore you will have high emotional intelligence and be very adaptable. This is a fast-paced environment and a very busy team who will want to bring you 'into the fold' and so a team-orientated approach will be key.

Strong Microsoft Office skills coupled with previous experience in a similar role will be essential - experience from financial services is not required, however this will be a bonus as you will take the Monday meeting minutes each week. Team Assistant experience from professional services would be suitable for this position.

Hours for this Team Assistant position are 9am - 5pm and you will be given a work phone and laptop and expected to be flexible outside of core hours, however there are opportunities to occasionally work from home.

Salary will be c. 35 - 40K with additional benefits and dependent on previous and relevant experience.
