Are you looking for a varied role working within a dynamic and sociable team based in Central London?

We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join an established Tech company with an aim to provide innovative solutions within the tech world.

This is an all-rounder position and you’ll play a crucial part in the smooth running of the office, getting the opportunity to work within all aspects of the business and mould the role to suit your personal interests and passions too.

Duties:

  • General office management (stationery and grocery order, liaising with suppliers etc)
  • Admin officer ( HR and Legal administration, contracts, processes)
  • HR (admin, contracts, on boarding, monitoring annual leave, internal comms)
  • Special Projects with Senior Leadership Team (considering IPO so could get involved with this project)
  • Creating a company culture and being the go to person for the various teams

The person:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Educated to A-Level standard or above
  • IMMEDIATELY AVALIABLE – ASAP START!
