A brilliant TV production house based in West London, are looking for a Department Personal Assistant & Office Manager. This fast growing company produce some of the most well-known shows on TV with new projects starting soon in the UK and beyond. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to help support them and the rest of the Senior Team. The company is growing fast and they want a new key member to join the team.

This an exciting and varied role at the heart of the company. There are the standard day-to-day diary management and admin tasks but they are also looking for someone to run our office effectively. From organising social events for the team, to making sure the office looks the part, it’s a chance to bed in and enjoy getting to know what they do. You’ll be close to the productions themselves and ready and willing to lend a hand when it gets busy.

As Executive Assistant to MD’s, you will be responsible of diary management, including commissioner meetings, programme record and viewing scheduling, internal meetings. This will include some international scheduling. You will look after basic diary management for Factual and Entertainment Heads of Department and Executive Producers. You will greet external guests and arrange refreshments as necessary. You will make itineraries/ travel/ accommodation arrangements for UK/ foreign external visits. You will administer all programme awards submissions and support the Development Teams with pitches, run throughs and treatment.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, organised and sociable with killer attention to detail. You will be looking forward to busy days working across multiple projects but also be one step ahead, making sure they are ready for what’s coming down the line. You will be happy to take responsibility for important client-facing tasks and enjoy being at the heart of everything the company does. You will have one year’s previous experience in the TV industry, with experience of the international TV market in the U.S and Europe as a real bonus. You’ll be as happy dealing with international teams, as you will be working with teams in London.
