Calling all experienced Travel Assistants!
My client, an exciting Media agency, located in the heart of Central London, are looking for a new role Travel Assistant to join their buzzy team. Based in a fun and exciting company with a fast-paced and exciting office environment, you will be the main point of contact for booking any travel for the whole business. This is a full-on role requiring a real self-starter with a passion for and solid experience in travel booking and management. In return, you will work alongside some amazing people in buzzy environment where you can get stuck in and will be surrounded by fin, like-minded people!
Day to day, your role will involve booking flights, trains, cars and booking accommodation for anyone in the business. You will work closely with the wider team and a travel agent to ensure the process runs smoothly! You will also support with the admin that goes along with travel including POs, invoices and general admin support.
The right person for this role will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a solid background of booking travel as either an agent / in-house travel provider or a PA/Coordinator. You should be interested in travel, super organised and switched on with the ability to deal with people at different levels with ease and a charming approach.
