PA to Creative Team - Advertising Agency

Brand new role supporting the Creative team of one of the most well-known and successful Advertising Agencies in the world has just arisen. This role does not come around very often and will move quickly!

As PA to the Creative Team, you will handle all traditional support duties (dairy, travel, visas, accommodation, restaurant bookings, time sheets, expenses etc.). You will also support the wider department ensuring the department is ticking over and everyone has what they need. This role is varied and very fast-paced, so you etc. Every day is so varied so you could be running around with a phone in-hand, doing anything from assisting on a project to watering flowers, so you need to be super muck-in! You will be proactively managing-up to ensure the creatives know where they are going and what they need and generally keeping them on track, so you should be confident with strong emotional intelligence. This is a very proactive PA role, which requires a self-starter who wants to get involved and build strong relationships.

To be considered for this role, you should have at 1-2 years’ experience as PA/Team Assistant or Support role from within a similar creative environment (advertising, design, production, media etc.). You should have a positive attitude, proactive nature, and be able to be assertive if required. The right person will be willing to help wherever needed and will love being a support for a team!
