Major Players are working with one of the best design agencies who are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join their team. They're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide amazing project support.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an administration background looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities will include:
- Minute taking
- Attending regular supplier visits
- Excel - project tracking
- Research for pitches
- Raising POs and invoices
- Sourcing materials and props
- Being involved in creative projects and installations
- Admin support for the wider team
