A leading creative production company is looking to recruit an articulate and highly organised Personal Assistant. They work with many of the world’s most famous brands across all media around the world. They pride themselves on doing what they love with energy and enthusiasm. Your role as PA will be to support two Senior Directors. This is an important role for the business which requires you to be efficient and act with discretion as you’ll be exposed to a lot of confidential information for the company. You will be responsible for diary and email management, organising meetings, booking venues, organising refreshments, managing minute taking etc. You will create detailed travel itineraries for them and line manage of the Team Assistants. You will be in charge of overseeing the management of their internal finance system in relation to the creation of Purchase Orders, holiday requests and timesheet approvals and collating and processing business expenses. You will be involved with Event Coordination – including supporting the organisation of events both locally and globally and any client events/entertainment on behalf of the Directors.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrable experience in a similar role. You must be fully competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint. It is advantageous that you have previous experience working with Keynote presentation tool. You need to have strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player. It will benefit if you have experience of booking Global travel, knowledge of travel tools and experience of working with Concur. You must have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
