Wild Berry Associates is very excited to be currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to join one of the top 50 firms in the UK. With an amazing central London location right by the London Bridge, they are looking for a new candidate that is available immediately to join their firm!
The role will involve support to the Administrator, reception and secretarial team with activities such as typing, filing, storage, scanning and general duties across different sectors within the office.
Looking for a positive, professional and keen individual who will work closely with the administration team as a full time permanent position.
Responsibilities Undertake printing and distributing of course notes and PowerPoint presentations. Undertake tasks requested by the Senior Office Manager and Office Supervisor. Cover post activities i. open, sort and distribute incoming post; frank and take sacks to foyer outgoing post. Assist with retrieving files from storage and sending them to storage. Assist with meeting room set-ups i. moving furniture and equipment. Assist with photocopier faults and toner replenishment on all floors. Assist with issuing and logging of loan laptops and routers to office staff and partners. Assist with issuing temporary and new security passes i. take and print photos, log pass number. Assist with reception cover i. field telephone calls, take messages, arrange couriers. Assist with preparing refreshments for meetings / partners. Assist with contractor and landlord visits. Assist Senior Office Manager setting up new starters with telephone equipment. Ad hoc tasks, as required

Skills and Qualifications
Experience of an office environment (1 year minimum) Keyboards skills IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills Good telephone manner Accuracy and attention to detail Flexibility and able to multi task Organisation Enthusiastic/willing to learn
