This is an exceptional opportunity for a capable and efficient Executive Assistant. It presents a unique opportunity to gain superb experience supporting a busy CEO in a fast paced, team-orientated organisation working with supportive colleagues.

PA Responsibilities:

The company has a highly sociable, open and supportive culture and all senior staff adopt an open-door culture.  They employ people who are self-starters who enjoy autonomy and responsibility and like to get involved.  Duties will range from:

  • Managing the complex diary
  • Supporting all administrative tasks and operations for CEO Office
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Supporting effective communication across SMT
  • Support all aspects of UK and Overseas travel
  • Preparing reports, proposals and presentations

PA Experience:

It will be highly desirable to have experience as an executive assistant to apply for this role but not essential. You will have to be a very organised person and have experience of working quickly and changing your priorities at a moment’s notice. If you have experience of managing calendars and diaries and of administration of meetings then you will be at an advantage, but any transferable administrative skills at a high level will prepare you for this role. A key element of this role is that you have the discipline to work independently despite working in an open plan office environment
