Are you a well presented professional with previous experience as a Legal Office Assistant and fluent in French or German? If you can say yes, then this role could be your next position! An international law firm based in Central London is looking for a professional Legal Office Assistant with strong language skills in French or German to join their inspiring team.
As a French or German speaking Legal Office Assistant you will be involved in a busy, multi-functional, hands on position. You will be providing superb administrative support to the Office Manager. You will be responsible for; meeting and greeting all visitors/clients, screening all incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages, managing diary, preparing legal documents, managing travel itinerary and making sure that the office is running smoothly.
The successful candidate must be ambitious, proactive, have strong attention to detail and have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. It is essential for you to be confident with great communication skills in French or German as you will be utilising your language skills on a daily basis with clients and members of the company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced French or German speaking Legal Office Assistant to be involved in a respectful law firm, where you can develop your skill sets within the legal sector.
Profile
- Required to be fluent in French or German to a native level, both written and spoken
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience working within a law firm as a Receptionist, Corporate Receptionist, Team Assistant or Office Assistant
- Good knowledge of German or French and English legal terminology
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently and have great attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft (Word/Excel and Power Point) applications desirable
